1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of DRC Assist (the "Service"), an application operated by TaxStats Cloud Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select. Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.

At the end of each billing period, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it. You may cancel your subscription renewal either through your online account or by contacting our customer support team.

A 14-day free trial is available for new subscribers. The trial will convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the end of the trial period.

3. Free Trial

DRC Assist offers a 14-day free trial to new users. The trial version includes all features available in the paid version.

We require a valid payment method to be provided when you sign up for the free trial. Your payment method will not be charged during the trial period, but will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee at the end of the free trial period unless you cancel your subscription prior to the end of the trial period.

4. Content Ownership and Responsibility

You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of your content. DRC Assist and its licensors exclusively own all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all associated intellectual property rights.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.

5. Tax Advice Disclaimer

The information provided by DRC Assist is for general information purposes only. It is not intended to be and should not be considered tax or legal advice.

While we strive to keep the information up to date and accurate, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on DRC Assist for any purpose.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
